You finished school, maybe moved back home, maybe started a job that looks fine on paper. But underneath the logistics of being a functioning adult, there's a quieter question you haven't had time to sit with: who actually am I, outside of what I've been working toward?
What can feel like a crisis may actually be a new beginning. And it's exactly the kind of thing therapy is for: making space to figure out what fits in this chapter.
Post-college Transitions • Anxiety • Family Dynamics • Queer Identity • Sexuality Exploration
You're not new to taking care of yourself. You've done the things. Maybe therapy once or twice, definitely the bodywork. You're curious and self-aware and none of that has quite gotten you to the other side of whatever this is.
What you haven't done is the deeper work. Maybe you're feeling ready but you hadn't found the right room for it. This kind of therapy goes where the other stuff doesn't reach.
Feeling Stuck • Attachment Patterns • Relationship Struggles • Creative Blocks
You've been the responsible one for as long as you can remember. You manage, you cope, you keep going. And somewhere along the way your body started sending signals (i.e., chronic pain, exhaustion, illness) that the load has been too heavy for too long.
Contrary to popular belief, trauma is rarely a single, big event. Sometimes it looks like decades of carrying more than your share. I work at the intersection of body and history, and I take both seriously.
Living with Ehlers-Danlos • Chronic Pain or Illness • CPTSD • Somatic Symptoms • Nervous System Regulation
You function well. You show up. By most external measures, you're doing fine. But something keeps going sideways, in relationships, at work, with the people closest to you, and you can't quite name what it is or why it keeps happening.
Nobody ever called what you went through trauma. Maybe nothing dramatic happened. Maybe you just learned early on that certain feelings weren't available to you, that needing things made you a burden, that the way to be okay was to handle it yourself and keep moving. That's exactly the kind of thing that shows up decades later in ways that are hard to explain.
Relational Trauma • Emotional Avoidance • Relationship Patterns • Anger and Withdrawal • Men's Therapy

Who I Work With
I work with adults navigating trauma, burnout, chronic pain, identity exploration, and the patterns that no longer fit. If something on this page sounds like you, let's connect.

Curious? Let's talk.
The free 15-minute consultation exists exactly for that. Just a chance to talk and see if it feels right. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you, and I'll try to point you somewhere that is.
You might be someone who...

ABOUT ME
I received my Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Individualized Study from New York University. I have a diverse background that informs my psychotherapy work, from my first career in the music industry, to a lifelong yoga practice. As a social worker, I am trained to consider all aspects of your experience, from your environment
My experience in social work and psychotherapy began on Skid Row where I worked with the unhoused community and began my training in trauma work. I then went on to continue my practice at Pasadena Trauma Therapy where I was extensively trained in working with CPTSD and dissociation. As a queer therapist, I deeply enjoy working with fellow queer individuals that have trauma backgrounds. I have supported folks through anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, life changes, attachment issues, boundary struggles, nervous system dysregulation, relationship and intimacy issues, and more.
I am a native New Yorker who is now happy to call Los Angeles home. In my spare time, I enjoy practicing yoga, cooking, and exploring the beautiful nature that California has to offer. I feel honored to do this work and witness my clients in moments of vulnerability and transformation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are curious about how we might work together.
